User-facing changes to Pages, newest first.

Owners and admins can now pick their organization's colour on the Organization page, with a preview of how it looks in light and dark mode. A colour too pale or too dark to carry text is adjusted slightly so it stays readable, and "Reset to default" goes back to the standard blue.

The app now carries your organization's name, logo and colour: it is "Your organization Pages" once you sign in, and the invitation you are sent and the page it opens wear them too. Where no organization is known yet, it is simply Pages.

A new account page: change your name and email address, see and end your sessions, leave an organization, choose your notices, download your data or delete your account.
Email notices for a sign-in from an unfamiliar network, an invitation accepted, an organization using all its seats, and a reminder before an invitation expires.
Invitations can be sent as a link to copy, name the person who sent them, and show whether the email was delivered and whether the link was opened.
Organizations can verify their email domain and let people there join without an invitation, set a logo, choose app policies for reading scans and remembering work, run a trial, and see seat usage over time.
Console administrators sign in with a passkey as well as an email code.
Administrators can suspend a person in just one organization without affecting their access anywhere else, and can hand over ownership of an organization in a single step.
The privacy policy and terms of service were rewritten to describe what the software actually does.

Save and Save as now work directly in the browser, in Chrome and Edge: once you have opened a file, they write back to it the same way a desktop editor would.
The website's look now matches the desktop and browser app, and an installed window is only titled once.
All visible text switched to US English, the installed app's icon and window now look like the app, and signing in works properly for a person who belongs to more than one organization.
The editor and admin console got a visual refresh, with clearer wording in on-screen notifications and several small interface issues fixed.
Invitation emails now lead with the one-click sign-in link rather than a code and an installer link.
Sign-in links no longer carry your one-time code in the page's web address, for better protection against mail scanners and shared links.

An installed copy now tells you how long it can keep working without reconnecting, and it rechecks your access automatically while it is open.
Turning on "Remember my work on this device" while a document is already open no longer risks losing it if you close the tab right away.
Fixed a dark-mode contrast issue where a hovered primary button showed hard-to-read text.
Fixed the "Add PDF" preview dialog shifting the buttons as page thumbnails finished loading.
Several accessibility fixes: screen readers no longer hear a stale status message after it disappears, the page strip behaves as a proper list for assistive technology, and Ctrl/Cmd+A now selects all pages rather than the page's own text.
The app was renamed from Collate to Whitney Pages throughout the product.
